The Little Cloud at Bedtime
A cloud of curls, a sleepy sigh,
A Bichon settles, soft and spry.
He tucks his nose beneath her chin,
And guards the dreams that she brings in.
The nightlight hums its gentle glow,
The blankets rise, the pillows low.
His breath keeps time with her small heart,
A faithful friend who won't depart.
So sleep, dear child, the world is still,
Your snowy guardian stays until
The morning sun creeps through the blind,
And leaves your dreams forever kind.
Dawn's Bubble Chase
The sun peeks up, the grass is wet,
A Bichon bounds, her puffs of white
Like clouds that tumble, soft and set,
Begin their playful, dancing flight.
A bubble drifts on morning air,
Iridescent, light, and free,
She leaps and lunges, bold and rare,
Her tail a flag of pure glee.
Pop! It bursts in silver spray,
She spins and yips, then chases more,
Each shimmering orb another way
To romp across the dewy floor.
The dawn grows warm, the bubbles fade,
But still she prances, bright and bold,
A little cloud of joy displayed,
With sunrise sparkles in her hold.
Little Clouds of Joy
Bright button eyes greet every guest,
A fluffy cloud that cannot rest.
He bounds across the sunlit floor,
And tail-wags joy at every door.
His coat is snow, his heart is gold,
A gentle friend, both brave and bold.
He cocks his head with curious grace,
And tucks his nose in your embrace.
