Whispers on the Wind
In the dusky light, through shadows it glides,
A cowboy rides where the wild heart resides.
Howling winds weave tales of the nights long past,
Secrets held close, in the chill they are cast.
The wolf in the distance, with eyes like the moon,
Sings to the stars, a haunting soft tune.
Each note a reminder of paths taken long,
In the dance of the dark, they both sing their song.
The secrets they carry, through valleys they roam,
In the breath of the wind, they both find a home.
A cowboy and wolf, though worlds far apart,
Together they whisper, in the night’s beating heart.
Campfire Tales
Beneath the stars, where shadows blend,
A cowboy and a wolf, their stories extend.
The crackling fire, with its ember's dance,
Spins yarns of courage, chance, and romance.
The wolf, a figure both fierce and wise,
Recalls the moonlight that paints the skies.
He speaks of hunts and the wild, free air,
Of loyalty bound, of the pack’s loving care.
The cowboy chuckles, with a heart of gold,
Tales of the range, of adventures bold.
With hat tipped low, he shares of the trail,
Of storms weathered, of winds that prevail.
Together they weave, under twilight’s embrace,
A bond of respect, in this sacred space.
For though they are different, in spirit they know,
By the campfire's glow, their legends will grow.
