Celestial Waltz
In Alberta's vast embrace, they sway,
Northern lights weave night into day.
A dance of colors, bold and bright,
Twinkling secrets in the quiet night.
Emerald greens, deep violets soar,
A heavenly canvas, forever more.
With each flicker, the stars align,
In nature's ballet, pure and divine.
Silent whispers of the frigid air,
As spirits twirl with a grace so rare.
In this grand waltz, dreams take flight,
Alberta’s magic, a sparkling sight.
Rails to Trails
Across Alberta's endless skies,
Where the wild prairie whispers low,
Rails once carved through bold sunrise,
Now trails where wandering spirits go.
From mountains crowned in frosty peaks,
To valleys deep, where rivers play,
Each path a story, nature speaks,
In hues of gold and shades of gray.
The echoes of the trains long past,
Still linger in the warm, soft air,
Memories of journeys unsurpassed,
That dance with dreams beyond compare.
So take a step, embrace the wild,
Through golden fields and forests green,
In every mile, the heart's beguiled,
On Alberta's trails, life’s joy is seen.
