Whispers of the Trail
Beneath the endless western skies,
Where cattle trails weave dreams anew,
Joseph's vision boldly flies,
In dust and sun, ambition grew.
With every hoofbeat softly pressed,
In sagebrush fields where legends tread,
A whispering wind, a cowboy's quest,
Echoes of glory, paths ahead.
These trails of fate, both rough and wide,
Hold stories penned by the restless hearts,
Through storms and stars, they boldly ride,
Chasing hope where the wild wind starts.
So listen close, ye wanderers brave,
For in the trails, where cattle roam,
The whispers of ambition pave,
The storied roads that lead us home.
Promises Beneath the Dusk
In the glow of the setting sun,
Where whispers of twilight begin,
Joseph McCoy dreams of promises,
Beneath the hues that fade within.
Shadows stretch long, the day’s retreat,
Each word a promise gently cast,
Echoes linger where hearts did meet,
In the twilight, futures held fast.
As colors meld in fervent sighs,
With the dusk, the vows entwine,
In the hush of the night, hope flies,
Promises made, forever align.
