Echoes of Moments
Time, a thief in shadows, creeps,
Through corridors of dreams we keep.
Moments glisten, then they fray,
Stripped away, they softly sway.
Fleeting whispers on the breeze,
Memories dance like fragmented leaves.
In the heart, a quiet ache,
For every moment time would take.
Yet in the silence of the night,
We weave the past in silver light.
Though time deceives and years decay,
Love’s echoes never fade away.
Echoes of Laughter
In twilight's grasp, where shadows play,
The echoes of laughter drift away.
Once vibrant notes in the air, so bright,
Now whisper softly, lost to the night.
Each chuckle, a ghost in the chill of the breeze,
Stripped of their joy, like leaves from the trees.
Memories dance on the edge of despair,
Fading like footsteps, no longer there.
What once sparkled, now dulled by the haze,
Moments of joy, now a lingering phase.
Yet still in the silence, a faintness of cheer,
The heart learns to listen where laughter was dear.
