Moonlit Whispers
In a Kansas saloon where shadows play,
The moonlight dances, soft and gray.
Cowboys lean back with a knowing smile,
Lost in the dreams of an endless mile.
Beers clink and laughter fills the air,
While the night winds weave a secret snare.
His gaze turns upwards, the stars align,
Each shimmer whispers a tale divine.
Glints of silver on wide-brimmed hats,
Echoes of past, the softest chats.
Coyote calls from the dusky plain,
A symphony sweet, like sweet whiskey rain.
In the hushed glow of the silence rare,
Moonlight embraces the cowboy's stare.
With each heartbeat, a story unfurls,
In the magic of night, where the wild heart twirls.
Whispers of the Saloon
Dusty boots tread on creaking boards,
Whispers echo where laughter's stored.
A lone piano plays a tune,
Under the gaze of a silver moon.
Barrels stacked with stories old,
Lessons of life in the whiskey bold.
Rough hands clap, and glasses clink,
In this haven where cowboys think.
Marguerite smiles from her post by the door,
As tales of the prairie and battles of yore.
Dusty boots leave their marks in time,
In this Kansas saloon, where the spirits rhyme.
