In morning light, the mat unfolds,

Nourishment waits, a feast to delight,

Grains of the earth, greens from the field,
Fuel for the body, the mind is revealed.
Asanas stretch, like vines intertwined,
In the flow of yoga, our souls are aligned.
The heart embraces, the stomach finds peace,
In cycles of movement, our worries release.
So nourish the body, the mind will thrive,
In yoga’s embrace, we feel most alive.
Each pose and each morsel, a journey to share,

A Colorful Bowl of Life
In a bowl where greens entwine,
Crisp lettuce cradles the vine,
Tomatoes burst with sunlit cheer,
