Resilience in Winter's Grasp
Beneath the weight of winter’s icy breath,
When shadows stretch and hope seems far away,
The heart, like seeds, finds strength in silent death,
And dreams of spring revive with each new day.
The barren branches shiver, stripped of green,
Yet hidden deep, the promise stirs anew,
For in the deepest fight, we’ve always seen,
The courage that within us blooms and grew.
Through snow-kissed nights and mornings bathed in frost,
We find our way, despite the bitter chill;
For every moment lost, in ashes tossed,
A flicker sparks, resisting winter’s will.
So let the storms rage on, let tempests roar,
For from the harshest winters, we can soar.
Whispers in the Everyday
In the coffee's steam, a question brews,
A million idle thoughts, in silence muse.
The worn-out chair, a witness to my days,
Each creak and sigh, a tale in subtle ways.
The murmur of the street, a hum of life,
Unraveled dreams entwined with daily strife.
A sidewalk chalked with laughter, blurs of grace,
In every fleeting moment, truth I chase.
The ticking clock, a heartbeat of the now,
Invites the curious mind to wonder how
The ordinary holds a spark divine,
In each small act, a faint and whispered sign.
Among the mundane, treasures lie concealed,
In simple glances, vast horizons revealed.
To find the meaning in the quiet call,
Is to uncover life’s deepest miracle.
