Intermission Reverie
In flickering light, the world takes a breath,
Ads parade by, a cacophony of wealth,
Between tales of love and heroic strife,
Commercial breaks beckon, pondering life.
Brief glimpses of joy, of product delight,
Moments of silence in the vivid night,
A pause for thought in the rush of the show,
In thirty short seconds, where dreams start to grow.
What do we seek in this glossy display?
A cure for our yearnings? A brighter way?
In each little window, a chance to reflect,
As narratives pause—hearts slowly connect.
Flicker of Truths
In the glow of flickering screens,
Whispers of stories unfold,
Reflections of life behind the scenes,
Hidden truths, both gentle and bold.
Frame by frame, we dance with dreams,
Where shadows blend with light’s embrace,
Each channel sings, each silence teems,
A world unveiled, a silent grace.
Beneath the surface, echoes call,
The fabric of life, both frail and strong,
In this mosaic, we rise and fall,
Finding our place, where we belong.
