Echoes of Laughter
In shadows cast by fading light, Where laughter danced, now whispers bite. An empty room, where spirits play, Ghosts of joy, drift far away. The echoes linger, soft and clear, Each cherished word held close, yet near. Memories twirl, like leaves in June, A symphony sung, now a solemn tune. Though silence wraps the dusky space, The warmth of smiles still leaves a trace. In empty corners, joy may loom, In heartbeats' pause, they find their room.
Fleeting Moments
Time ticks softly, whispers of dusk, Moments like petals, in silence they husk. A dance with the shadows, a breath lost in air, Each second a treasure, so fragile, so rare. We gather the fragments, the laughter, the sighs, As twilight wraps gently around our goodbyes. In the blink of an eye, like a dream that has flown, Life’s beauty, it lingers, yet we’re all gone so soon.
