Fractured Light
In the silent whisper of the dawn,
Cracks lace the glass like a spider’s drawn,
Shattered edges catch the golden hue,
As light streams gently, weaving through.
Each shard a story, a fragment of time,
Reflecting dreams in a fractured rhyme,
Illuminated paths where shadows dance,
A prism of hope in their fleeting glance.
From broken pieces, beauty takes flight,
In the heart of darkness, we find our light,
Through fissured remains, new visions arise,
In the shards of glass, the soul learns to rise.
Echoes of Wear
Silent sighs weave through worn-out skins,
Fragile whispers of where the heart begins.
Cracks like rivers, they meander and flow,
Stories of sorrow, the burdens we know.
In the quiet spaces, the echoes reside,
Each jagged line tells of pain we can't hide.
Yet amidst the fractures, hope flickers its light,
In the dance of our scars, we learn to take flight.
