My Own Quill
With ink as my armor, I forge my own tale,
In shadows of silence, where echoes may pale.
A pen in my grasp, I etch out my fate,
No need for your verses, no heart to sedate.
Each word is a step, each line is a breath,
Through valleys of longing, past whispers of death.
I dance on the pages, my spirit runs free,
For the story I'm writing is solely for me.
So sail on your winds, I won’t follow your song,
With the world as my canvas, I’ll finally belong.
In starlit confessions, my spirit will soar,
I don’t need your poems—they’re my heart's closing door.
Strength in Solitude
In silence, where shadows softly creep,
I find my voice, my vow to keep.
No whispers of doubt, no shadows of fear,
In solitude's embrace, I stand sincere.
Like mountains unyielding, I rise and I grow,
Roots deep in the earth, with strength I bestow.
Each moment alone, a chance to expand,
A tapestry woven by my own hand.
The echoes of longing may fade in the night,
Yet I am the dawn, I am my own light.
With every step forward, resolute and free,
In solitude’s armor, I become truly me.
Guided by My Own Light
In shadows deep where doubts reside,
I rise anew, with inner pride.
No tethered hearts, no chains that bind,
My own light shines, my path defined.
Each step I take, a spark ignites,
A flame within, through long, dark nights.
No whispered doubts, no need for you,
I forge ahead, my spirit true.
With every dawn, a stronger grace,
I journey forth, I find my place.
This radiant force, it breaks the gray,
My own light guides, come what may.
