A Toast to the Chef
In a kitchen bright, the chef took flight,
With dreams of breakfast, a savory delight.
He whisked and he stirred, with flair greater than most,
But forgot ‘twas a toast, now a charred, crispy host.
The smoke curled up high, like hands in the air,
The alarm sound echoed: "Bravo! Now beware!"
With eyes wide in shock, the chef turned around,
To find his masterpiece—more charcoal than browned.
He laughed at the chaos that filled up the room,
"What’s breakfast without a side of fine plume?"
So he served it with flair, on a plate with a grin,
To a feast that was smoky, they all dove right in!
Penguin's Wobble
On icy grounds a penguin strayed,
With flippers flapping, he misplayed.
He twisted, turned, and tried to glide,
Then skidded off the snowy side!
A plop and flop, a splat and slide,
His friends all gathered, eyes opened wide.
They chuckled loud, then burst in glee,
At clumsy curls of his jelly-bee.
With cheeks aglow from frosty specks,
He wobbled back, what's next in deck?
Not shame nor pride, just laughter pure,
In penguin world, mishaps allure!
