In the branches high, where the nutty scents flail,
A squirrel dances, flaunting its tail,
A fluffy delight, with a flick and a twirl,
It teases the curious, oh how they whirl!
Little bunnies stop to stare in delight,
As the tail does a jig in the soft morning light,
"What manner of creature, so bold and so spry?"
They chitter and chatter, questioning why.
The tail it does wiggle, a playful disguise,
"Catch me if you can!" it seems to advise,
With a snicker and chatter, it leads them in play,
