Guardian of the Night
In winter's chill, the sea winds cry,
A beacon stands tall, 'neath a velvet sky.
Its warm golden glow, a comforting sight,
Guides weary souls through the shivering night.
Frost-kissed waves in the moon’s soft beam,
Whisper the tales of a sailor’s dream.
The lantern’s embrace, like a warm, gentle hand,
Calls to the lost, bids them to stand.
With each stormy gust and tempest’s roar,
The light grows brighter, a steadfast shore.
Through darkness it pierces, unwavering, free,
A lighthouse of hope by the restless sea.
Whispers of the Tide
Upon the shore where waters sigh,
The tides retreat, and secrets lie.
In currents deep, whispers unwind,
A melody of the ocean's mind.
Beneath the moon's soft silver gaze,
The shoreline dances, lost in haze.
Shells hold tales of ships at sea,
Of dreams once held, now wild and free.
The beacon's light, a watchful stare,
Guides the lost, yet none declare
The gentle pull of heart's desire,
A tale untold, a soul's quagmire.
With every wave, a breath, a pulse,
The ocean speaks, its voice convulse,
As tides ebb low, and night grows bold,
The secrets of the deep unfold.
Seagulls' Waltz
On windswept shores, where whispers reign,
A coastal tower stands, steadfast but plain.
Seagulls take flight, in graceful ballet,
Dancing 'round the beacon, come what may.
With wings like brush strokes on a canvas of blue,
They soar and they swoop, in a jovial crew.
The sun dips low, painting skies aglow,
Seagulls chant songs where the wild waters flow.
Each cry a tale of the ocean's embrace,
They twirl in the twilight, a feathered grace.
With the lighthouse their stage, they perform with glee,
As the dusk weaves dreams on the shimmering sea.
