In twilight's glow, where shadows play,
Her laughter lingers, soft as clay.
With every hug, a world unfurled,
A mother's love, my heart, my world.
She taught me grace in every fall,

In twilight's hush, the soft winds sigh,
As leaves fall gently, the branches cry.
The river’s flow, a mournful tune,
Bears witness to a heart's cocoon.
Each flower bends in sorrow’s light,
Petals weep in the gathering night.
The sky, a canvas brushed with gray,
Reflects the words I cannot say.
With every tear from the weeping sky,
I gather strength to whisper goodbye.
