Beneath the Dice
In shadows deep where monsters creep,
With laughter loud, our spirits leap.
A dragon snarls with fiery breath,
Yet friendship shields us from its death.
With dice in hand, we face the night,
Each roll a spark, each glance a light.
The rogue who sneaks, the cleric’s pray,
Together we chase the dark away.
Through twisted caves and forests wide,
We weave our tales, no fear inside.
For in this game, though peril looms,
Our bonds of trust are brighter blooms.
So let the ghouls and goblins mock,
With every strike, we’ll never block.
For monsters might in shadows bide,
But friendship wins, and we’ll abide.
Quest and Nibbles
Beneath the glow of candlelight,
Heroes conjure spells of might,
With dice in hand and laughter's ring,
They traverse lands where adventure sings.
But oh, the clatter of trays appears,
As snacks emerge, allay our fears,
A smorgasbord of salty treats,
To fuel the quest, our hearts it beats.
A crunchy respite, tales recounted,
Of dragons fierce and treasures mounted,
We munch on chips while stories fly,
In this realm, our dreams can’t die.
So let us feast on popcorn’s grace,
As friendships weave in this sacred space,
For between each epic sword and shield,
It’s laughter and snack breaks that truly yield.
