Castles of Time
In misty moors where shadows lay,
Ancient castles rise, bold and gray;
Guardians of whispers, tales once spun,
Of knights and dreams, now long undone.
Their towers stretch to the canvas sky,
While echoes of laughter and sighs float by;
In stone-cold halls, the past entwines,
Each crumbling stone with history shines.
A tapestry woven with valor and fears,
Of love lost and found over countless years;
In twilight’s embrace, with the softest of lore,
These castles stand watch, forever more.
Beneath Delft's Embrace
In Delft where blue skies softly peek,
Old rooftops rise, their stories speak.
Tiles of cobalt, worn with grace,
Whisper tales of a time and place.
The gabled homes, with secrets held,
In each dull crack, a memory swelled.
Sunlight dances on canals so clear,
Reflecting dreams of yesteryear.
As wind brings laughter from the square,
Voices mingle in the fragrant air.
Here beauty dwells, in every seam,
A patchwork quilt of history's dream.
Blossoms of the Heart
In fields where tulips sway and dance,
Hearts bloom like flowers, pure at a glance.
Petals of passion, soft and light,
Shimmer beneath the dawn's first sight.
Whispers of love in the morning air,
Bright blossoms sing of a heart laid bare.
Each vibrant hue, a story untold,
In the garden of dreams, where hopes unfold.
Amidst the colors, a promise takes flight,
Boundless and radiant, filling the night.
For even in shadows, love finds its way,
In Dutch gardens, hearts forever stay.
