Ode to the Fallen Kin
In the hall where shadows linger,
And the mead flows like the sea,
Bards lift their voice, their fingers
Strumming tales of bravery.
Once they sailed on fjords of thunder,
With swords of steel, their spirits bold,
Now they rest beneath the under,
Guarded by the tales retold.
Their laughter echoes in the breeze,
A saga woven, rich and grand,
In every verse, a life to seize,
In every word, the Viking stand.
So let us raise our cups and honor,
The kin who faced the tempest wild,
In every tune, their memory's fervor,
A legacy forever smiled.
Into the Beyond
Longships glide on twilight’s seam,
Carved from dreams and whispered lore,
With sails unfurled, they chase the gleam,
Of distant shores where legends soar.
Oars slice through the mirrored night,
Each stroke a hymn from hearts aglow,
They journey bold toward starlit flight,
Into the unknown, where spirits flow.
Ghostly sailors, dust on the breeze,
Echo in tales of valor's call,
Fearless souls, ride the restless seas,
As longships sail where shadows fall.
In memory's keep, their laughter rings,
In every wave, a story spun,
Forever free, the heart still sings—
Through endless skies, their voyage run.
Eternal Skies of the North
Beneath the eternal skies so wide,
Where winds of legend and valor glide,
Viking dreams take flight on the sea,
In whispers of waves, their spirits roam free.
Longships carved from ancient trees,
Sail forth on journeys, embraced by the breeze,
With hearts of fire and eyes like the sun,
They chase the horizon, their battles begun.
Each heartbeat echoes in the twilight glow,
Where warriors gather beneath falling snow,
In mountains of memory, their tales entwine,
Viking souls rest, in this realm, they shine.
So lift a horn to those who dared,
In the annals of time, their bravery shared,
For the eternal skies hold witness still,
To the dreams of Vikings, their indomitable will.
