In the window's embrace, Chloe lies wide awake,
With whiskers alight, she observes the soft quake.
Raindrops in motion, a fine feathered dance,
Each droplet a comet in a fleeting romance.
They tumble and dash, on the glass they collide,
Chloe's eyes shimmer, where curiosity hides.
She counts every fall, each miniature trace,
In her kingdom of warmth, she's the queen of the chase.
A splash of delight, as the storm takes its bow,
Chloe, the watcher, on this rainy vow.
With the patter of dreams and a flick of her tail,
Every drop tells a story, every gust weaves a tale.
Whiskers of Joy
Chloe the cat, so spry and quick,
In sunlit rooms, she darts and flicks.
With whiskers twitching, eyes aglow,
She dances 'round, a furry show.
A rustling leaf, a shadow’s play,
Each tiny sound, her heart’s ballet.
A leap, a pounce, all filled with grace,
In Chloe's world, there’s no dull space.
Her whiskers quiver with delight,
Adventures call, from morn 'til night.
In every corner, thrill awaits,
Life’s simple joys, her heart elates.
