Empty hearts grow full.
Shadows of Gold
Fingers grasp at dreams,
Shadows dance in gilded light,
Hearts grow heavy still.
Full Pockets, Empty Hearts
Empty hearts at night,
Coins clink in pocket’s weight,
Love lost in the chase.
