Echoes of Laughter
In the meadow where the daisies sway, Echoes of laughter brighten the day. Sunlight dances on amber waves, Whispers of joy, the heart braves. Children at play, their spirits collide, In the warmth of the sun, their dreams do abide. Breezes carry the song of delight, Reminding us all, it’s love that ignites. Here in this haven, we gather as one, Amidst the soft silence, the world is undone. In moments we cherish, our souls intertwine, In the echoing laughter, where you belong, and I find.
Echoes of Yesterday
In a whispering breeze, old dreams take flight, Forgotten places dance in the soft moonlight. Rusting swings creak with laughter long past, As shadows of joy in the twilight are cast. Overgrown paths where we used to run, Beneath the vast sky, two hearts beat as one. Curious trees, how they silently stand, Guarding our secrets in the stillness of land. The old stone wall, now weary and grey, Holds tales of our youth, like leaves in the sway. A smile blooms warmly from memories whole, In these forgotten places, we once found our soul.
Fading Echoes
In the sepia glow of yesteryear’s light, Old photographs whisper, taking flight, Frayed corners cradle laughter and tears, Preserving the moments, the hopes, the fears. A child with a kite in a sun-drenched park, Captured in stillness, igniting a spark, Faces so familiar, yet distant in time, Anchors of sorrow, of joy—so sublime. Each click, a heartbeat, a story unfolds, Memories linger, like treasures of gold, In the silence of frames, where shadows belong, The past is alive, in a silent song.
