Fellowship's Afterglow
In the quiet hush, the service ends,
Voices rise like notes on a breeze,
Hands clasped tight, where laughter blends,
In holy warmth, the spirit frees.
Tables laden with love's delight,
Stories shared 'neath the fading light,
Hearts bloom bright in the shared embrace,
Fellowship found in this sacred space.
Each smile a prayer, each hug a song,
Together we stand, together we're strong,
In the after-service, where grace aligns,
Here in the warmth, true friendship shines.
Whispers of Light
In the quiet, shadows dance,
Candles flicker, a soft romance.
Wicks aflame with dreams unspoken,
In hush of prayer, old bonds are woven.
Silent hopes in waxen pools,
Faith ignites, the heart's own jewels.
As twilight cloaks the ancient stone,
In shadows cast, we're never alone.
Each flicker sparks a whispered prayer,
In sacred stillness, love lays bare.
With every glow, a story written,
In light we find where darkness has bitten.
