Guided by Glinda
In a land where the poppies sway, Bright Glinda shines, lighting the way. Her soft whispers weave through the gloom, Promising love and warmth that loom. Follow the path of yellow brick, In magic and wonder, hearts dance quick. With each step, the burdens grow light, Home calls you back, a warm beacon of light. The journey is long, filled with trials, Yet kindness and hope spark radiant smiles. So heed her words, let your heart roam, For truly, there’s no place like home.
Homeward Dreams
In fields where poppies dance and play, The whispers of the wind convey, A call to hearts that roam afar, Where dreams collide with evening's star. Each petal sways, a gentle sigh, Beneath the vast and azure sky. Yet near, my heart, a compass true, Points me back to love I knew. For though I wander, seek and roam, Each path will lead me back to home, Where warmth and echoes softly blend, A journey's end, where hearts transcend.
Homeward Heartstrings
In fields of gold and skies so wide, A heart once lost, now finds its guide. Where laughter lingers, and shadows play, There's no place like home, come what may. With every step on the winding road, A tale of love and dreams bestowed. Through storms that rage and darkness roam, My soul knows well, there's no place like home. The whispers of the evening breeze, Call out to me, in soft reprise. As stars emerge to light the night, My heart ignites, with hope so bright. So here I stand, where roots are sown, Amid the warmth of all I've known. Heartfelt wishes, sweetly comb, In every heartbeat, there's no place like home.
