Hidden Treasures
On sandy shores where whispers sigh,
Footsteps dance ‘neath the azure sky.
Waves retreat in playful tease,
Reveal to us the ocean’s ease.
Tidal pools in glistening glow,
Cradling secrets the sea winds blow.
Anemones wave, and crabs scuttle by,
Amongst the treasures that catch the eye.
Each step a tale, each glance a find,
Nature’s canvas, wild and unconfined.
With every wave, a mystery unfolds,
In hidden pools where the ocean holds.
Veil of Mist
Fog rolls in, a ghostly guise,
Shrouding horizons where the sea lies.
Waves whisper secrets in muted tones,
As the shoreline stands in soft, gray cones.
Boundless vistas, now secrets kept,
In the silent dance where the world has slept.
Each soft breath of mist, a sigh of grace,
Enfolding the land in its tender embrace.
The lighthouse stands, a beacon dimmed,
In the arms of fog, its brilliance skimmed.
Yet still it guards the cherished shore,
With tales of sailors and the ocean's lore.
