Dance of the Dragonflies
In the hush of dawn’s embrace,
Dragonflies zip with elegant grace,
Above serene ponds, where soft ripples play,
In this garden where dreams gently sway.
Thank you, dear bugs, for your tireless flight,
You weave through the blooms, a shimmering sight,
With gossamer wings that sparkle in light,
Nature rejoices in your joyous delight.
As petals nod softly in the mild breeze,
Your fleeting ballet brings whispers of ease,
In a dance with the lilies and fragrance of thyme,
You've painted this garden with rhythm and rhyme.
Twilight Serenade
In the hush of evening's glow,
Crickets sing, a soft tableau.
With chirps that dance in gentle flight,
They weave the threads of fading light.
Thank you, little architects of night,
For symphonies that feel so right.
Your serenade, a garden's hymn,
Awakens stars as daylight dims.
In every note, a story's spun,
Of moonlit paths where shadows run.
So here's my heart, a grateful pulse,
To nature's bug, the twilight's waltz.
