Turbulence: A Skyward Dance
Up in the clouds, where the wild winds twirl, A dance of fear and thrill begins to unfurl. The engines roar like a lion's fierce growl, As we rise through the sky, an aerial prowl. Beneath me, the ground fades, a distant embrace, While turbulence grips like an unpredictable chase. A jolt, then a sway, like a waltz on the breeze, My heart skips a beat, yet somehow, it frees. Strangers around, all bound by this flight, We ride the same storm, navigating the night. In that moment of chaos, a laughter erupts, For fear and excitement are tender corrupts. So here I am, held by the rumble and roll, A first-time flyer, with the sky as my goal. Turbulence dances, a partner most bold, In the arms of the clouds, my story unfolds.
Skyward Dreams
Wings spread wide, I soar the skies, Above the clouds, where freedom lies. A journey new, my heart takes flight, In every breath, the world's delight. The earth recedes, a patchwork grand, With mountains tall and seas of sand. The whispers of the wind do call, As I embrace this joy, enthralled. The sun paints gold on feathered wings, In this vast realm, my spirit sings. First time on high, a heart set free, Awake to the dreams that wait for me.
