After the Rain
Raindrops glisten on leaves, a crystal parade, Whispers of thunder now softly do fade. Nature awakens, with colors anew, Dancing in sunlight, refreshed by the dew. Petrichor rises, from soil to the air, Sweet scents of spring in the winds that we share. A lullaby hums through the branches above, As hearts find their rhythm, wrapped warm in love. Cleansed from the tempest, our spirits take flight, In the quiet embrace of the soft morning light. End of the storm, and the world softly gleams, A tapestry woven from nature’s sweet dreams.
After the Storm
In the hush where thunder fades, Children burst from shadowed glades, With laughter light, they race and twirl, Bright as gems, their joy unfurl. Puddles form like mirrors wide, Reflecting rainbows scattered wide, Little feet splash with glee and cheer, Nature’s canvas, wiped so clear. Leaves drip jewels from branches low, As sunlight breaks, the colors glow, In the realm where wild hearts play, The storm has left, but joy will stay.
After the Tempest
The storm has passed, the skies align, Where once were shadows, now the sun will shine. A breath of fresh, clean air does sweep, Reviving dreams where silence stirred from sleep. With raindrops gone, the flowers bloom, Each petal glistens, dispelling gloom. The world reborn in vibrant hues, In golden light, we find our muse. Beneath the arch where bluebirds sing, Hope dances lightly on the breeze of spring. In every corner, life’s sweet balm, The end of storm brings hearts to calm.
