Ephemeral Verses
Words like whispers fly,
Captured in a fleeting breath,
Moments, quick as light.
Verses of the Night
In the velvet sky, they blaze and dart,
Threads of light that weave through the dark,
Whispers of wonder, to hearts they impart,
Ephemeral echoes, each notes a spark.
A fleeting glimpse, and then they’re gone,
Like poems written in the starlit air,
Moments of magic, a celestial dawn,
Inspiring verses with a luminous flair.
Catch the shimmer, let it ignite,
Let your soul write what the stars confide,
For in each flash, there’s a poem’s light,
A dance of dreams where wishes abide.
Heart's Bullseye
In the silence, whispers pierce the night,
Words like arrows, drawn and taking flight.
Each syllable, a pinpoint, sharp and bright,
Drawing lines to souls, igniting hearts' light.
Through the veil of doubt, a straightened aim,
Verses tighten their grip, setting hearts aflame.
Each stanza collides, a wild, reckless game,
Shooting for love, forgetting the blame.
With ink as my bow, I unleash the art,
Crafting tight connections from the depths of the heart.
In every quiver, a truth plays its part,
Shooting poems that strike, never to part.
