Atop the Crest
Atop the crest where hilltops gleam,
The whispering winds weave tales of dream.
With arms outstretched, we dance in flight,
Where hopes alight on the edge of night.
Beneath the vast and starry sky,
Our hearts ascend, no longer shy.
The world, a canvas, painted bright,
Atop the crest, we claim our sight.
Cresting Horizons
On the crest of a whispering hill,
Where shadows play and time stands still,
A path unwinds through emerald glades,
Inviting hearts where silence fades.
With each step taken, the world unfolds,
New stories woven, ancient tales told,
Beneath the sky's vast, azure expanse,
Cresting the edge ignites a dance.
The rush of the wind, the sun's warm kiss,
Unseen adventures, a moment of bliss,
So onward we roam, where dreams dare to tread,
Finding the magic where footsteps are led.
