Whispers of Winter
Through barren boughs the cold wind sighs, A ghostly breath beneath the skies. Whispers weave in frosty air, As winter’s touch lays branches bare. Each rustling leaf, a tale untold, In silver tones, the woods grow cold. The trees stand stoic, Nature’s plea, Embracing stillness, wild and free. Crystals dance on whispered breath, In icy arms, they cradle death. Yet in this hush, life stirs awake, As winter’s dream begins to break. So, heed the wind as stories flow, In every chill, a world to know; For in the silence, hear it clear, The soulful echoes of the year.
Whispers of Winter
Snowflakes drift on the cold wind's breath, Each one a thought, a teardrop of meth. They waltz through the air, both gentle and slight, Fleeting reflections of day turning night. A moment they twirl, then vanish away, Like dreams in the dawn, they can't seem to stay. Whispering secrets in silence they weave, A tapestry bright that we dare to conceive. Impermanent grace, like a sigh of the sea, They gather in stillness, unbound, yet so free. In the hush of the storm, our worries may fall, As soft as a snowflake, we ponder it all.
