Days blend into endless gray,
Where shadows creep and light holds sway,
In silence thick, the heart does weigh,
A longing for the sun's bright ray.
Walls whisper secrets, long unsaid,
In rooms where laughter used to tread,
The echoes fade, the colors bled,
As time stands still, and hope is led.
Yet in this stillness, seeds can root,
A quiet strength, like tender shoots,
Though days are gray, new blooms may suit,
For even in dusk, the dawn computes.
Cloaked in Silence
In the hush where whispers die,
Silence wraps tight like a cloak,
A shroud of shadows, I comply,
With echoes of dreams left unspoke.
Walls are woven from muffled sighs,
Every heartbeat a muted plea,
Glimmers of joy in forgotten skies,
Yet still, the world feels so empty.
Each moment stretches, taut as string,
Fingers laced with the threads of time,
In this silence, thoughts take wing,

The mirror reflects what I can’t confide,
A symphony of silence, a lone heart’s pride.
Outside, the world spins, vibrant and bright,
While inside my chest, there's a void of fright.
Yet in this echo, I find my way,
