Stampede Nights
In Calgary, the spirit rides,
Through summer nights with open skies.
The stampede roars, a joyful stamp,
Where cowboys dance and hearts do lamp.
Beneath the twinkling stars so bright,
Laughter echoes, pure delight.
The scent of rodeo fills the air,
As boots and hats make proud their dare.
Bonfires crackle, stories shared,
Unity found, all hearts prepared.
With every cheer, the night ignites,
In Calgary's soul, the spirit alights.
Twilight Waltz Over Calgary
In twilight’s arms, the skyline sways,
Against the hues of closing days.
Where steel and glass in beauty blend,
The city blushes, dreams ascend.
Sunset pours gold on mountain crowns,
As shadows stretch, the night unwinds,
Calgary, a canvas, wide and bright,
Dances gently into night.
Reflections shimmer, stories weave,
In every color, hearts believe.
A skyline beckons, whispers clear:
"Come, watch my waltz, the night is near."
