Beneath the Swamp's Embrace
In murky depths where shadows glide, The alligator’s waltz begins to bide. With scales like armor, sleek and grand, They spin and twirl beneath the sand. Bubbles rise in a bubbling beat, As currents sway to the rhythm’s heat. Each flick of a tail, a silent trance, Nature’s secret, a crocodilian dance. With sunbeam glint on the water’s skin, They glide through realms where the wild begins. In twilight's hush, where the whispers chance, The alligators share their dance, their dance.
Swamp Shadows
In murky depths where whispers play, Ancient jaws in shadows sway. Beneath the cypress, still and deep, The alligator stirs from sleep. Silent prowler, nature's art, With emerald scales and patient heart. In twilight's hush, they prowl and glide, Time forgotten, nowhere to hide. With snap and flash, they claim the night, Guardians of the swamp's soft light. Their tales entwined in myth and lore, Echoing on the river's floor. So when the moon spills silver gleam, And night ignites the water's dream, Beware the shadow, fierce and grand— The ancient jaw of the swampy land.
Sunbather of the Swamp
Beneath the sun's warm glow, he lies, An alligator with half-shut eyes, On banks where dragonflies play, In the soft embrace of a lazy day. His scaly back, a rugged throne, A king of the marsh, all alone. Whispers of reeds sway slow and low, While time drips gently like melting snow. In the hush, a soft sigh escapes, As dreams drift in with slow, steady shapes. Sunbathed still, in a green retreat, Where life’s pulse hums a rhythmic beat.

Sundown Silhouettes
As daylight wanes, the sky ignites, With hues of gold and rosy light. In murky waters, shadows creep, In whispered calm, the river’s keep. Alligator forms, dark against flame, In the fading light, they hold no shame. They bask in silence, cool and low, As the sun descends, a vibrant show. Lurking still, with ancient grace, Nature’s wonders, in twilight’s embrace. At dusk, they merge with fading light, Sundown silhouettes, a haunting sight.
