Echos of Departure
In chambers where silence dwells,
Chords of grief begin to swell,
Fingers linger on dusted keys,
Whispered notes ride a haunting breeze.
The strings vibrate, a mournful sigh,
Lamenting loves that said goodbye,
In every echo, shadows play,
A requiem for the lost today.
Empty rooms, where music fades,
Hold the memories, the serenades,
Yet in their stillness, souls reside,
In chords of grief, we cannot hide.
The Lament of Strings
In twilight's grasp, the violins weep,
Their whispers float where shadows creep.
A cello’s heart, with mournful sighs,
Plays dirges low as time defies.
The clarinet’s breath, a spectral call,
Calls forth the echoes of souls that fall.
Each note a tear, each chord a prayer,
For those who danced, now lost in air.
The piano, draped in silence deep,
Key by key, the memories we keep.
With every strike, a ghostly waltz,
The rhythms mourn, while silence halts.
So let the music weave its net,
For in its sound, we won't forget.
In every phrase, the deathly throng,
In instruments, their souls grow strong.
