Whispers of the Savannah
Silent footsteps on dusty trails,
Where the sun-kissed earth tells ancient tales,
Mighty shadows move with grace so rare,
In their gentle strength, a whispering air.
Tusks like ivory, proud and wide,
In family bonds, they silently stride.
Through acacia groves, past rivers that gleam,
In the heart of the wild, they wander and dream.
With each breath, an echo of ages past,
In twilight's embrace, their shadows are cast.
Beneath the vast skies, they roam and play,
Guardians of secrets in the African clay.
Echoes of the Savannah
In the land where baobabs stand tall,
Gentle giants roam, answering nature's call.
With trunks entwined, they sway side by side,
A family united, in the wild they bide.
Dust clouds rising, they tread soft and slow,
Memory in their strides, where rivers flow.
Tender moments shared in the golden light,
Bonds unbroken, hearts pure and bright.
Through sunlit days and starlit nights,
In their shadows, the world ignites.
An ancient language, a rumbling song,
In the heart of the herd, they truly belong.
Starlit Giants
Beneath the vast, unyielding night,
The African stars, a thousand bright,
In shadows deep, their grace does roam,
The elephants, both proud and home.
Majestic forms in silver light,
With trunks and tales of ancient fright,
Yet danger lingers, hope grows thin,
For every stride, a whispered sin.
They dance through grasses, tall and wild,
An echo of a nature’s child,
But human hands, they bring their plight,
In greed's embrace, they lose the fight.
So watch them tread, with tender care,
These gentle giants, bold and rare,
Under the stars, let their hearts beat
For grace must live where earth and sky meet.
