The Stage of Echoes
Upon the stage where laughter reigns, Echoes of joy, bright refrains, Yet shadows linger, weep, and sigh, For every smile, a hidden cry. Characters dance in vibrant hue, With masks of light, and harbors blue, In every tale, a heart laid bare, In every role, a silent prayer. The curtain falls, the lights grow dim, In whispered words, we find our hymn, For every tear, a lesson learned, In every laugh, a soul discerned. So let us act, with truth and grace, In laughter’s glow, and sorrow’s face, For in this play, we find our voice, In echoes sweet, we make our choice.
Behind the Masks
In the spotlight's gleam, we play our parts, Wearing masks that hide our truest hearts. Improv moments arise, raw and bright, Revealing souls in the dance of light. A laugh breaks free, a teardrop spills, In spontaneous bursts, we share our thrills. The lines we craft may lead us astray, Yet in the chaos, we find our way. Unscripted truth that dances through the air, A fleeting glimpse of what we truly bear. When the curtain falls, still we remain, Actors in life, unversed yet unchained.
