Angelic Laughter
In a corner of the room, a tree stands askew, With ornaments jostled, like a whimsical brew. Angels above it, their halos a-glimmer, Giggle and flurry, in the soft, golden shimmer. Twinkling lights wink, as if sharing the joke, While tinsel cascades like laughter bespoke. Each wonky branch sways, in delightful dismay, As the spirit of Christmas dances and plays. Beneath the misfit, where the gifts overflow, The echoes of joy hint at all that we know: That perfection is lovely, but laughter is grand, And the sweetest of memories, might not go as planned.
Beneath the Wonky Tree
Beneath the tree, all lopsided, A bounty waits, joyfully provided. Ornaments dangle, some askew, In every twinkle, magic shines through. Wrapping paper, crumpled, bright, Hiding surprises, pure delight. Gifts of laughter, stories to share, Love wrapped in ribbons, beyond compare. The branches sway, a festive dance, Each crooked angle holds a chance For memories made, and dreams anew, Beneath the wonky tree so true.
A Wonky Christmas Embrace
In the corner stands our tree, a bit askew, With ornaments hanging, some old, some new. Family gathers 'round, laughter fills the air, In this wonky charm, the love we all share. Boughs may droop and lights might sway, Yet in this cozy glow, we find our way. With each clumsy branch, a memory grows, In the heart of our home, where true joy flows. Through tangled lights and mismatched cheer, We discover the magic of those we hold dear. Though the tree may wobble, our spirits align, In this loving embrace, Christmas turns divine.
