Mossy Steps to Adventure
In the hush of the forest, where shadows dance,
Mossy steps beckon, inviting a chance.
With each gentle footfall, secrets unfold,
Whispers of treasure, in stories retold.
Green velvet carpets, beneath ancient pines,
Lead travelers onward, through nature's designs.
The rustling leaves echo a soft, sweet refrain,
Calling the dreamers, the brave, and the vain.
So follow the path where the wildflowers grow,
Through thickets and thorns, where the soft breezes blow.
For each mossy step holds a promise so rare,
An adventure awaits, if you venture and dare.
Branches of Remembrance
In the boughs where laughter danced,
Childhood whispers intertwined,
A fortress woven from refrains,
Where dreams and secrets twined.
Leaves were blankets, shadows spun,
Branches cradled every scheme,
The sunlight kissed our faces bright,
As we wove our endless dream.
With each swing, a story told,
Of knights and queens in grassy fields,
The echoes of our youthful joys,
In every cheer, the past reveals.
Underneath the oak so grand,
We carved our names in tender bark,
A treasure map of all we loved,
In every leaf, a golden spark.
