Worn Soles, New Steps
In worn-out shoes that whisper tales,
Across the cobblestones where laughter sails,
Three continents echoed in their tread,
Each city a story, each path a thread.
They twirl through markets where spices bloom,
In alleyways where night hides the moon,
With every scuff, a memory born,
In foreign lands, at the break of dawn.
Dance with the rhythm of the city’s heart,
Where strangers greet like old friends depart,
In every step, a journey’s embrace,
Worn shoes find their magic in unfamiliar space.
Serendipity Unpacked
My bag was lost, the streets unchained,
A twist of fate, a path unstained.
No maps in hand, just feet to roam,
In every corner, I found a home.
Through bustling markets, colors bright,
Each whispered tale ignited my flight.
A stolen moment, a stranger's smile,
With every turn, I traveled a mile.
From city lights to quiet shores,
Abandoned luggage opened doors.
The treasures found in journeys shared,
In loss, I glimpsed the world laid bare.
So take that risk, let luggage stray,
For in their absence, dreams will play.
Life’s sweetest moments are sometimes missed,
By paths we wander, we’re kissed by bliss.
