Echoes of Twilight
In twilight's gentle, fading light,
Childhood laughter takes its flight,
Like whispers on the evening breeze,
A melody that time can't seize.
We danced through fields, with hearts so free,
In dreams where we could simply be,
With every giggle, every cheer,
The magic of those days draws near.
Now shadows stretch and moments pass,
Yet in our hearts, they ever last,
For in the twilight’s soft embrace,
Childhood echoes find their place.
Whispers of Time
Wings beat softly, whispers glide,
Carrying dreams on the evening tide.
Moments drift like feathers in flight,
Fading softly into the night.
Ticking clocks with their gentle sighs,
Chase the shadows as daylight dies.
Memory's echo begins to sway,
As time flies softly, dreams slip away.
