Tangled Threads
In shadows deep, where whispers tread,
A thousand thoughts in silence spread.
Like threads of silk, they weave and wind,
Creating chaos, hard to unwind.
A web of worries, knots of despair,
Each moment tangled in the air.
The heart beats loud, a frantic drum,
Yet in the storm, no peace can come.
I take a breath, release the grip,
Let scattered notions quietly slip.
For in the chaos, clarity lies,
Amidst the tangled thoughts, I rise.
Caught in the Grip
In shadows thick, where whispers creep,
The world constricts, no time for sleep.
Breath held tight in tightening chains,
A silent battle, a heart that strains.
Thoughts like storms, they twist and churn,
Yearning for calm, a flickering turn.
Each moment stretches, a tautened string,
Yet in this chaos, hope takes wing.
With each inhale, the weight may wane,
A soft release, less fear, less pain.
Though stress may rise, like tides in the night,
I'll find my shores, and embrace the light.
