Awakening the Moss
Beneath the whispering trees so tall,
A mossy carpet waits, embracing the fall.
With gentle sighs, it cradles the dew,
Inviting the rain, fresh and anew.
Thirsty hands stretch, reaching for light,
As droplets descend, a shimmering sight,
Each bead a promise, a song in the air,
Nurturing green dreams, beyond all compare.
The morning awakens, a dance of the leaves,
While moss, in its glory, tenderly weaves,
A tapestry lush, where secrets reside,
In the depth of the woodland, where beauty won't hide.
Moss's Thirst
In shaded glens where shadows creep,
Green fingers reach from earth so deep.
Soft whispers brush the morning air,
Thirsty moss, with tender care.
Each drop of dew, a crystal prize,
Glistening beneath the waking skies.
In quiet pools where daylight flows,
The thirsty moss, it gently grows.
With every raindrop, life renews,
A living quilt of greens and hues.
As nature's fingers stretch and sway,
Moss drinks the gold of breaking day.
