Twilight's Dance
In the hush where daylight wanes,
The sky ignites with crimson stains,
A gentle breeze begins to sway,
As twilight whispers end the day.
The fireflies twirl like stars set free,
In flickering patterns, a symphony,
Their golden lights in the cooling air,
Join the dance, a moment so rare.
Laughter echoes, spirits lift,
In the twilight’s embrace, a precious gift,
With every beat, the heart expands,
In the magic where the evening stands.
So let us twirl in this fading light,
In the dance of Sunday, everything feels right,
As shadows stretch and the world softens,
We lose ourselves in the night that beckons.
Sunlit Swirls
In Sunday’s glow, the world untwines,
With laughter woven through the pines.
Sunlight spills on grass so green,
A dance of joy, a vibrant scene.
Spinning in circles, shadows chase,
Each twirl ignites a warm embrace.
The air is fragrant, a sweet refrain,
In rhythm with whispers, it calls my name.
Beneath the sky, so vast, so blue,
Hearts lift like kites, in joy anew.
On this bright stage, where spirits soar,
We lose ourselves, and then want more.
The sunlight blushes, dancing light,
In every step, pure delight.
As Sunday spins with time's soft hand,
We twirl, we laugh, in golden sand.
