Echoes in the Sand
Beneath the waves where secrets lie,
In spirals carved, the shells comply,
Whispers of tides in salty breath,
Hold ancient tales of life and death.
A conch reveals a sailor's plight,
A scallop glimmers in soft twilight,
Each fractured shard, a world confined,
The ocean's heart in shells enshrined.
With every grain, the stories swell,
Of distant shores where lovers dwell,
Eroded hope and dreams unfurled,
In every shell, an ocean world.
Golden Horizon
As day meets night in soft embrace,
The sun dips low with gentle grace,
A canvas bright, where colors weep,
The ocean's melody begins to creep.
Shadows stretch, the whispers fade,
While golden hues in silence wade,
The horizon's edge ablaze, aglow,
As waves caress the sands below.
A tranquil sigh, the world stands still,
Each heartbeat matched by nature’s will,
In sunset's realm, all worries cease,
As twilight breathes its warmth of peace.
