Morning Chorus
In the cradle of the dawn, a gentle stir,
Nestlings chirp, their throats a merry blur.
Hungry beaks bobbing, wide as the sky,
Mother Robin hovers, a soft lullaby.
Worms in her treasure, the earth's hidden gems,
She flits through the grass, weaving nature’s hymns.
While the sun kisses leaves, painting them gold,
The symphony of life in each chirp unfolds.
Oh, the sweetest of songs, in the dewdrop light,
A mother's love echoes, a pure delight.
As breakfast is served with a tender touch,
In the warm nest of dreams, they grow strong and much.
Homeward Bound
In the evening sky, a canvas wide,
Mother Robin spreads her wings, a tender guide.
The sunset paints the clouds with hues of gold,
As whispers of the night begin to unfold.
With each soft chirp, a lullaby sweet,
She leads her fledglings on, their hearts skip a beat.
Through fields of lavender, under stars' embrace,
Together they journey to their cozy place.
The world hushes softly, the air turns to sighs,
As twilight drapes the land, like a gentle guise.
Homeward they flutter, in rhythm and rhyme,
Under cosmic watch in the stillness of time.
