Fragile Threads
In the silence of a starlit night,
Where whispers fade and shadows fight,
No gods decree, but hearts entwine,
In fragile touch, your soul meets mine.
No heavens high or hells below,
Just tender hands that softly glow,
With every pulse, the truth we find,
Our love, a bond of humankind.
We chase the dawn, through storm and strife,
In mortal breath, we carve our life,
For in this world, so vast, unplanned,
Love survives on a human hand.
Whispers of the Void
In empty halls where echoes dwell,
Whispers of doubt weave tales to tell.
Once bright and bold, their fervor fades,
As shadows stretch, and silence invades.
No hymns of hope, just breathless sighs,
The light retreats, no prayers arise.
In the stillness, belief unravels,
As reason walks on untrodden travels.
What once was faith, now mere illusion,
A dance with shadows, a stark confusion.
Yet in the void, a spark remains,
For even in absence, thought ascains.
