Twilight Whispers
In the hush of dusk, where dimming stars lie,
Faded echoes of dreams begin to sigh,
Once bright and eager, now whispers of gray,
Passion's ember flickers, slowly fades away.
Twilight envelops the canvas of night,
A palette of stillness, devoid of the light,
Each flicker a memory, a tale left unspun,
As shadows embrace all the fervor we've done.
Yet in the soft stillness, a heartbeat persists,
A flicker of longing in the midst of the mist,
Though passion may wane like stars in decline,
Hope can rekindle, yet again let it shine.
Fading Colors
Days drift by, like echoes lost,
In muted whispers, shadows tossed.
The vibrant hues once boldly shined,
Now linger faint in dreams confined.
Sunset's glow, a dimming sigh,
As passion slips, and moments die.
The canvas once a masterpiece,
Now greyscale thoughts that never cease.
A heartbeat thuds, but feels so far,
In twilight's haze, where lost hopes are.
Yet deep inside, a spark remains,
To paint again through joy and pain.
Echoes of Silence
In the quiet corners of a fading dream,
Where whispers linger, but no voices beam,
Words unspoken, like shadows, they creep,
And in that stillness, my passions weep.
Colors of ambition, once bright in the sun,
Now dulled by the silence, one by one,
Dreams erode like sandcastles lost,
A price for the silence, a heavy cost.
Once fire ignited within my soul's core,
Now embers flicker, a distant folklore,
Yet hope holds tight, even in this despair,
For echoes of passion still linger in air.
