Ebb and Flow in Blue
In shadows of a smoky room,
Where whispers weave through night’s perfume,
Time stretches, bends, and softly sways,
In syncopated, sweet displays.
The trumpet cries, a siren’s call,
Each note, a dance, both rise and fall,
Fingers flicker, rhythms entwine,
A heartbeats pulse in minor line.
Lost in the echo of that bass,
We drift through waves, a slow embrace.
With every chord that cuts the air,
We find a freedom, bold and rare.
As jazz ignites the stars above,
Time’s fleeting hand can’t steal our love,
In melodies where dreams reside,
We lose ourselves, the world outside.
Midnight Crescendo
Underneath the velvet night,
A saxophone whispers free,
Notes entwine with shadows,
In a wild, sweet symphony.
Drums pulse like a heartbeat,
As laughter fills the air,
The moonlight bathes the secrets
That sway without a care.
Fingers dance on ivories,
In a jazz that lifts the soul,
Stars take part in the melody,
In this midnight, we’re made whole.
Each chorus paints our dreams,
In colors bold and bright,
A canvas spun from rhythms,
On this magical night.
Syncopated Souls
In smoky rooms where shadows dance,
The trumpet bursts, a sultry trance.
Heartbeats sync, a rhythm found,
In jazz’s pulse, we’re tightly bound.
Notes like whispers, sweet and bold,
Stories of love and pain unfold.
In every riff, our spirits soar,
The night awakens, we crave for more.
Breathless echoes, a lover’s sigh,
Under the moon, we laugh and cry.
Each jazz refrain, a beat divine,
Hearts intertwined, our souls align.
