Promises in Shards
Whispers once like silk on air, Hopes adorned with golden thread, Fractured dreams, they lay so bare, In sunlight's grasp, now cold and dead. Shattered vows like fragile glass, Each piece a story, love misplaced, We dance on shards, the moments pass, Remnants of trust, a bitter taste. In shadows where the splinters gleam, We mourn the echoes of what was, A glimpse of us, a fleeting dream, Our hearts entangled, lost because. Yet in the wreckage we shall find, Strength blooms where promises once stood, From brokenness, the healing kind, Together forged anew from wood.
Grounded Aspirations
Once I soared on dreams of gold, Wings stretched wide, my heart so bold. Touched the sky with gentle grace, Chasing stars in endless space. But time, a thief with steady hand, Brought me down to barren land. Wind's sweet whisper turned to cries, Ambitions dimmed, like fading skies. Echoes of what could have been, Haunt the halls where hopes have been. Yet from the dust, I learn to rise, Finding strength in silent sighs. Though grounded now, my spirit’s flight Transforms despair into the night. For in the fall, I find the grace, To build anew, to find my place.
Crown of Ashes
Once glimmered with a blinding sheen, The golden crowns of mighty kings, But greed, a serpent, slithered in, And now to dust, their glory clings. Each jewel once bright, now dimmed by time, Love’s laughter drowned in shadows cold, The weight of greed, a crime sublime, Turns emperors to beggars bold. From palaces to crumbling stones, The whispered tales of power's fall, A hollow throne where once was home, Their legacy, a mournful call. No golden dreams remain in sight, Just tarnished crowns and endless night.

Ashe's Whisper
In twilight's grip, a dream once soared, A phoenix bright, with wings outspored. Yet shadows crept, and fate conspired, Its vibrant flight, in stillness expired. From heights of glory, it fell and waned, Into the void where hope remained. Yet ashes dance in the twilight's breath, A promise reborn from the grip of death. Through whispered winds, its spirit flows, In scattered fragments, beauty grows. From every fall, a rise anew, In downfall's grace, the heart breaks through.
Echoes of a Fallen Kingdom
Once they soared with banners high, Their towers kissed the endless sky. Now whispers drift in silent halls, Where shadows dance and no one calls. The crown once gleamed, the throne did shine, With stories woven, fierce and fine. Yet time, it weaves a quiet spell, In dust, their legacies now dwell. Crumbled walls and faded lore, Remind us of what was before. Once mighty, now a tale confined, The echoes of a world maligned.
Whispers of the Past
Once we danced in the glow of delight, Laughter rang clear, the world felt so bright. But shadows encroach, as memories fade, Our joyous symphony now silent, dismayed. Echoes of happiness linger with pains, In halls where we cherished, only stillness remains. The lightness of laughter, now hushed and withdrawn, In the twilight of joy, our innocence gone. Yet in the still air, if you listen just right, You may hear faint whispers, of love’s purest light. In the silence, the past weaves a fragile embrace, Fading echoes of laughter, time cannot erase.
